I am a qualified counsellor and personal coach. My integrative psychotherapeutic training means that rather than working to just one therapeutic theory, I offer an approach which is tailored to your needs and that is considered collaboratively between us.
As with counselling, my coaching approach is completely bespoke to you. I integrate the schools of thought that inform my counselling practice, in addition to these philosophies I combine intuition and life experience to meet you where you are and provide you with the support you require.
Above all, what is important to me is that I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space to hear your story and work through the situation or patterns which have brought you to seek therapy or coaching. If you are unsure if you would be more suited to counselling or coaching, please take a look at my FAQ section. In some instances, coaching can work well after counselling if you are looking to set goals for yourself.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), my work is supervised in accordance with the BACP code of ethics, and I adhere to the BACP ethical framework. I am a member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to their code of ethics. I have full professional indemnity insurance and hold a data protection license to ensure safe and ethical practice.
